Give your team the skills to use AI well.
AI Training & Enablement is a custom workshop and curriculum program that builds practical, lasting AI capability across your team. Unlike generic webinars, every session is built around your team's actual work — the specific tasks, tools, and decisions your people face every day.

Four ways to build AI capability
across your organization
Generic AI training doesn't stick. People attend a webinar, get excited for a week, and then go back to doing things exactly as before. Our workshops are different because they're built around your team's actual work: the specific tasks, tools, and decisions your people face every day. We design each session around your context and leave your team with concrete skills they can use the next morning.
- Pre-workshop discovery to understand your team's AI maturity
- Custom session design built around your tools and use cases
- Interactive, hands-on delivery (in-person or virtual)
- Real exercises using your actual workflows, not generic examples
- Q&A and open discussion time built into the format
- Post-session resource pack for continued learning
- A team that knows how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
- Specific, practiced skills, not just awareness
- Shared language and approach across the team
- Momentum to keep going beyond the session
For organizations that need more than a one-day workshop. This is a full training program with a logical curriculum, progressive skill-building, and materials your team can return to over time. We design the curriculum, develop the content, and deliver it in whatever format fits your organization: live sessions, self-paced modules, or a blended approach.
- Training needs analysis and skill gap assessment
- Custom curriculum design and learning pathway
- Module-by-module content development
- Role-specific tracks for different team functions
- Assessment or checkpoint activities (optional)
- Facilitator guide for internal delivery going forward
- A repeatable training program you own and can run internally
- Content tailored to your industry, tools, and team roles
- Progressive skill development rather than a one-time event
- A foundation for onboarding future team members to AI
One of the biggest barriers to AI adoption isn't knowledge; it's uncertainty. People don't know which tasks to delegate to AI, how to prompt effectively for their specific work, or when AI's output can be trusted vs. when it needs careful review. An AI Playbook answers all of that for each role in your organization.
- Role interviews to identify real AI use cases and blockers
- Use case prioritization (high-value vs. low-value AI tasks)
- Prompt templates for the most common use cases per role
- Clear guidance on when to use AI and when not to
- Review and quality-check guidance for AI outputs
- One revision cycle based on team feedback
- Role-specific playbooks each person can open and use immediately
- Reduced friction and uncertainty around AI tool adoption
- Consistent, quality-controlled AI usage across the team
- A document you can update as tools and use cases evolve
Giving your team access to powerful AI tools without a foundation in responsible use is like handing someone the keys to a car before they understand the rules of the road. This training ensures your people understand not just how to use AI effectively, but how to use it ethically, with awareness of bias, privacy, accuracy, and disclosure.
- Core responsible AI principles, adapted to your industry and context
- Privacy and data handling best practices
- Understanding AI limitations, bias, and hallucination
- Disclosure and transparency guidelines
- Decision frameworks for responsible AI use in your workflows
- Q&A and scenario-based discussion
- A team that uses AI with intention and awareness, not just efficiency
- Reduced risk of AI-related errors, disclosures, or reputational damage
- A shared ethical framework for AI decisions across the organization
- Confidence that AI use aligns with your company's values

Things people ask before booking a training engagement
Absolutely, and this is some of our most rewarding work. Teams coming in with zero experience often make the fastest progress because they don't have habits to unlearn. We start from wherever your team is, make the content genuinely approachable, and focus on building confidence alongside skills. Nobody will feel like they're behind.
Every engagement starts with a discovery phase where we learn about your team's actual work. We then design the content around those specifics. Generic AI training uses generic examples; ours uses examples from your industry and ideally from within your organization. That's what makes the learning stick.
Yes, we deliver training both in-person and virtually. Virtual sessions are designed to be just as interactive and engaging as in-person ones. We don't just move a slide deck online. For distributed teams, we can also break delivery into shorter segments across multiple sessions.
Our workshops work best with groups of 6–25 people. For larger organizations, we typically run multiple cohort sessions rather than one large group. We can also design train-the-trainer programs so your internal team can continue delivering the content independently.
Mixed-ability groups are the norm, not the exception. We design sessions with multiple entry points so beginners aren't lost and experienced users aren't bored. For very wide skill ranges, we may recommend separating into beginner and advanced tracks.
We offer ongoing enablement retainers for teams that want continued support: regular touchpoints to answer questions, review what's working, update playbooks as tools evolve, and add new training as AI capabilities expand.
